Epe Plot Finder was duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission on 23rd August 2018 to carry out estate agency and related businesses. The company was officially registered as a member of the Estate, Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria, ERCAAN, Epe Divisional Zone on 29th April 2019 when the Zone was inaugurated by the National body of the Association.

ERCAAN activities at the Zonal level began on Friday, 4th April 2016 at 28, Omojole Street Papa. Our ERCAAN membership No. is 3435.

The Chief Executive Officer of Epe Plot Finder, Mr Uthman Ayokunle is an active member and the Public Relations Officer of the Zone.

Epe Plot Finder provides an array of services to clients in Lagos and Nigerians at large, these include helping our clients to purchase, rent, or sell properties (houses, land, offices, or buildings). We also advise clients about market conditions as well as provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.

We have adequate knowledge of the local market and the purchase process as well as good negotiations skills. We strive to disseminate relevant information to the populace through our blog and social media platforms.

To improve clients’ satisfaction and quality of services, Epe Plot Finder is currently working together with Epe Solid Business, (also an ERCAAN member) in many areas of the estate agency business. We are actively participating in ERCAAN activities at the Zonal, State and Federal levels to benefit from its various programs and activities as well as learning about developments in the sector.

Our registered office is 9, Eid Street, Okebalogun, Epe, Lagos State but we are currently at the association office on Ayetoro Road, Epe, directly opposite the Zenith Bank.
