It's a two-bedroom flat that I rented and I am occupying one of the rooms so I need someone else to stay in the second room.

*Criteria of the tenant I am looking for:*
1. A female
2. She must be single
3. She must be working or doing a legitimate business
4. She must be clean
5. She must have a maintenance culture i.e she must be able to take care of the electronics in the house.

*Basic amenities of the house:*
1. Access to the parlour and its electronics
2. Access to the kitchen and its electronics
3. Her bedroom is ensuite & comes with an orthopedic standard bed and wardrobe - no need to bring any bed or wardrobe; just bring her suitcase and move in!
4. Washing machine
5. Refrigerator
6. Water Dispenser
7. Gas cooker and oven
