ROOT OF TITLE: The land is covered by a CERTIFICATE OF STATUTORY RIGHT OF OCCUPANCY;
PURPOSE FOR ACQUISITION (PURCHASE): The land was purchased by our client for agricultural purposes.
SITUATION ON THE LAND: The land is presently unencumbered and not utilize for purposes of acquisition on account of lack of fund.
PURPOSE OF THE INTRODUCTION: Our client is interested in disposing the land
