*BRIEF ON BELVEDERE PHASE 2*
Belvedere project is within Hilife estate located at ogombo road, off adesanya estate, Ajiwe, lekki,Lagos.
The entire Belvedere project comprises an area of 10,400 square metres. It is divide into 2 phases. Phase 1 occupying about 5,400 metres and phase 2 with land size of 5,000 square metres.

If the buyer wishes to continue with the 24 units 4_bedroom terrace houses all approvals are already in place. He can start construction immediately provided that no adjustment are made to the exterior sides, but the cost of the new plans will be borne by the buyer.
